{"id":11,"date":"2026-01-12T20:20:58","date_gmt":"2026-01-12T20:20:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ahunuabobirim.org\/?page_id=11"},"modified":"2026-04-25T12:41:51","modified_gmt":"2026-04-25T12:41:51","slug":"about-ahunuabobirim","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ahunuabobirim.org\/?page_id=11","title":{"rendered":"About Ahunuabobirim"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ahunuabobirim Remembrance <\/strong>(formerly Ahunuabobirim Spiritual Movement) is a remembrance-centered movement concerned with the Source of Life, the Flame, and the awakening of human memory beyond religion, fear, and GODS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahunuabobirim is not a religion.<br>It is not a belief system.<br>It is not a movement built on worship, fear, or promises of destiny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahunuabobirim is a <strong>remembrance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The name <strong>Ahunuabobirim<\/strong> is an Akan (Twi) word which can mean <em>The Awesome One<\/em>, <em>The Fearful One<\/em> or <em>The One who has seen the Great One<\/em>, not as a title for a GOD to be feared, but as a description of the <strong>living power already present within the human being<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This work exists to restore a simple truth that predates all religions, scriptures, and empires:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Human beings are not created by Gods.<br>Humans are expressions of the Source of Life itself.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Source of Life<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahunuabobirim teaches that there is a <strong>Source of Life <\/strong>before time, before creation stories, before names, and before GODS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Source is <strong>not a God<\/strong>.<br>It\/He\/She does not demand worship, blood, fear, or obedience.<br>It has no religion and no chosen people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Source of Life created existence itself, including beginning and end.<br>It does not exist within creation and cannot be called Alpha or Omega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Source is <strong>Life itself<\/strong>, expressed as <strong>Breath<\/strong>, <strong>Flame<\/strong>, and <strong>Being<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every human carries this Source within them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is within you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Human Being<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Ahunuabobirim, the human being is not a sinner, not broken, and not waiting for salvation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A human being is composed of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The Body<\/strong> &#8211; which returns to the earth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The Soul<\/strong> &#8211; which carries memory and experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The Flame (Breath)<\/strong> &#8211; which comes directly from the Source of Life<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>When remembrance is lost, humans become fearful, divided, and controlled.<br>When remembrance returns, humans become grounded, free, and whole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ahunuabobirim.org\/?page_id=26\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"26\">Remembrance<\/a>, Not Belief<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahunuabobirim does not ask anyone to <em>believe<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Belief is fragile.<br>Belief can be imposed.<br>Belief can be manipulated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahunuabobirim is concerned with <strong>knowing<\/strong>, remembering what has always been present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This remembrance does not require rituals, sacrifices, pastors, prophets, priests, or intermediaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It begins with awareness.<br>It deepens through clarity.<br>It stabilizes through lived understanding<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">GODS and the Loss of Memory<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahunuabobirim makes a clear distinction between the <strong>Source of Life<\/strong> and the <strong>GODS<\/strong> created by human systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many Gods (including Yahweh, Allah, Elohim, and others) are understood here as <strong>constructed authorities<\/strong>, formed through fear, control, and historical power structures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These GODS did not create life.<br>Life existed before them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The work of Ahunuabobirim is not rebellion against religion, but <strong>liberation from confusion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">African Memory and Decolonization<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahunuabobirim emerges from African consciousness, not as tradition, folklore, or custom, but as <strong>memory<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before colonization, African spirituality was not centered on fear, sin, or worship.<br>It was centered on <strong>life, balance, ancestry, and awareness<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Colonial religions replaced remembrance with obedience.<br>They replaced inner authority with external Gods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahunuabobirim restores <strong>mental clarity<\/strong>, not cultural nostalgia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Ahunuabobirim Is, and Is Not<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ahunuabobirim is:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A framework of remembrance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A return to inner authority<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A clarification of the Source of Life<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A rejection of fear-based spirituality<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A grounding of human identity beyond religion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ahunuabobirim is not:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A church<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A cult<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A religion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A belief system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A destiny or prophecy movement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Awake. Remember.
